Wedding planning… especially when choosing a venue can be hard to navigate. One of our favorite qualities of a good venue is having a beautiful place to take photos on site. Just in case you have your heart set on getting married in a church rather than at an all-in-one style venue… there are some great options! One of our favorites is Hyde Park Community United Methodist Church in Cincinnati. It has a stunning courtyard and plenty of cover so that if weather is less than ideal you can still take photos outside but be under cover. That is a massive deal people… it will save you lots of stress around your wedding if you venue provides a go-to rain plan!

Another amazing tip that Katie implemented on her wedding day was her getting ready space. They rented an Air Bnb downtown and had a beautiful private home for all the girls and moms to get ready. Don’t get me wrong.. we love a good hotel.. but just in case you need some extra space and the suite isn’t cutting it you should definitely look at renting an Air Bnb for the wedding day!
