What a joy it was to capture Camille and Jacob’s wedding at Mojave East! I’ve known these two for many years, and I have had the distinct privilege to watch them mature and grow from high school students in our student ministry at church to driven and passionate professionals who continue to lead a life of service through various ministries. They both wear many hats in their careers, one for Camille being that she is a photographer as well! She is often second shooter for Shelby Street Studios! (In fact, you may see this sweet talented gal with me at your upcoming wedding!)

In the year leading up to their big day, Jacob and Camille’s slow-growing friendship blossomed almost overnight into a dating relationship turned engagement! They began dating the day the world shut down with COVID and quarantine, which presented many challenges for a new relationship as you can imagine. However, they overcame those challenges and fell fast and head over heels in love. In October, Jacob planned a romantic dinner for her birthday (at none other than one of Cincinnati’s most beloved restaurants- Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse) and then surprised her with an even more romantic proposal! Camille explained later “It was the easiest yes.” (Don’t ya just love that?!)

Camille and Jacob’s day was filled with excitement and beauty. Not just present in the bride and groom, but in every detail. The blush, gold and navy tones combined with the soft eucalyptus greens and florals were simply lovely. Ault Park sure was showing off with its spring loveliness! And I just love the natural yet industrial glam combo offered by Mojave East! What a stellar wedding venue!

Surrounded by their family and friends on a gorgeous, sunny day, these two were wed in a beautiful outdoor ceremony. Their ceremony was truly genuine and sincere and joyful. So much smiling. So much love. Such a delight. Once pronounced husband and wife, the newlyweds recessed up the aisle through petals galore and the celebration continued with their beautiful reception!

I would be remiss if I said it wasn’t significantly special to me to photograph and create lasting treasures for this sweet couple. Love you two!

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Linder!
